Installing google chrome on Opensuse 13.2

Hi ,

this is a simple tutorial about how to install Google chrome on Opensuse




First you need to make sure that you do got packman rep  on your own repo .



Open Terminal type :

For 64 bit version :

Sudo zypper ar http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/x86_64 Google-Chrome

For 32 bit version

sudo zypper ar http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/i386 Google-Chrome

Once you did that, this will start downloading the packages ,from the rep ,


Next command is   :

For installation

sudo zypper in google-chrome-stable

Here you go just wait :

 Once its finish just go back to

Application  -  Internet  browser  - you see google chrome :) in


And  here you go :)
