A lot of people had been asking , about a good webcam application , on Opensuse platform here you go :)
Step 1 :
Make you got Online community rep on your Linux machine .
Open terminal type in
zypper search guvcview
You found will get the application which is in the repo .
Then type in
sudo zypper in guvcview
Enter root password, and : ) it will auto install the application once its finish
Just type in : guvcview on your terminal :)
